- Unidentified 18th century armorial bookplate on inside of front cover; bookplate has the signature of Emile Gay and is dated 1821; on the verso of the front flyleaf is inscribed; "For Mr. Foggo with the kindest regards of his parishioner Caroline Countess Bouxhoevden, April 16th 1856" and "presented to W.W. Wiltbank Esqr. Octr 9th 1893." "XIII century" also written in pencil in Lewis's hand on the verso of the front flyleaf and again at the top of 1r
