Layout

Columns: 3; ruled lines: 29; written lines: 28; Uniform layout. Visible pricking and page by page plummet ruling. Graphic fillers at the end of the lines. Large square initial words. Last line of text written within ruling. Each of the books of the Pentateuch commences a new leaf and Hafṭarot begin a new column. The beginning of each pericope marked by פ פ פ.

Script

Ashkenazi square script of the 14th century. Shimshon ben Ya῾aḳov Vivant: inscribed as the main scribe in the colophon, folio 460v. Shelomoh ha-Naḳdan: inscribed as the punctuator in the colophon on folio 460v.
