Layout

Columns: 2; ruled lines: 39; written lines: 39; Uniform layout. Pricking and hard-point ruling visible. Hair side and flesh side of folios distinguishable. Larger square initial words, decorated thourghout. Additions in margins in Sefardi semi-cursive script. A number of pages are palimpsest, the underlying text being Latin, e.g. folio 24, 71, 73, 125, 148. Folio to folio catchwords cut away in binding.

Script

Italian semi-cursive script of the 14th century. Barukh: his name marked off in red ink on folio 43v.
