• Folios more or less mutilated, cut from different codices.
   
• The recto of the leaf is much soiled, the writing is partly obliterated.
   
• The upper half of the third column is mutilated.
   
• Top of the folio 7 is cut off as well as the lower margin of folio 9.
   
• Ink partly faded.
