Layout

Columns: 73; ruled lines: 51; written lines: 51; Uniform layout. Ruling by hard point. Visible pricking and stiching. 73 columns in total, three to six columns per membrane. Rare tagin on various letters (around 90 instances). Several instances of majuscular and minuscular letters. Special shapes of the letter ע, ן, נ, ם, ל, ך, ח, ז, א and פ occur. The "puncta extraordinaria" occur in Gen. 18:9, 19:33, 33:4, Num. 21:30, 29:15. Every column begins with a new verse, and the initial letter is always ו, with the exception of Gen. 1:1, 5:1, and 13 other instances.
