Layout

Columns: 1; ruled lines: 17; written lines: 17; Uniform layout. Each book begins with a new page. The beginning of each pericope is marked with a large ornamental letter samekh in the margin. The seven sections are indicated by Hebrew letters. Masorah magna occupies one line in the upper, one in the lower and one in the outer margin of the page. Masoretic rubrics at the end of each pericope and each book.

Script

Yemenite square and semi-cursive script, punctuated, of the 15th century.
