Columns: 1 2; ruled lines: 26; written lines: 27; First part of the manuscript (folios 1-27) is undivided, the latter part (folios 28-247) has 2 columns to a page. Has marginal notes of chiefly lexical character (inner and outer margins). Catchwords on every verso. Ruling with a mastara visible.

Script

Two Yemenite semi-cursive script of late 15th century.

• Acquisition: Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), a antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Library from him on 13 December 1879: inscribed, folio [249v].
