Layout

Columns: 1; ruled lines: 19; written lines: 19; Masorah magna occupies generally one line at the top and one line in the bottom margin of the page. A number of masoretic rubrics is given at the end of each books. The titles of the books are written at the top of every page and the chapters are numbered with Hebrew letters by later hands.

Script

Oriental square script, punctuated, of the 15th century. Benayah ben Se'adyah ben Zekharyah ben Margaz: inscribed with his name in the colophon, folio 206v. For manuscripts of the same scribe see Or 2210, 2211, 2348, 2375 (128, 138, 89, 147.
