• All folios partially water-damaged.
   
• The last quire is imperfect, with a lacuna after folio 140 and 148.
   
• Water-damaged.
   
• The 15th quire is now imperfect, with a lacuna after folio 194 and 202.
   
• Folios 208r-209v: two appended folios, mutilated, written in two different Sefardi hands, of apparently 11 to 12th century, containing fragments of Talmud (Mo῾ed Katan and Eruvin).
