Layout

Columns: 1; ruled lines: 23; written lines: 22; Uniform layout. Visible pricking and hard-point ruling. Initial words written in larger characters. Hair side and flesh side are distinguishable. Numerous marginal notes by various hands. The front margins have in some cases been cut away. Deleted paragraphs (erasure of censor?) e.g., folios 42v, 110r, 152r, 122r, 132r.

Script

Ashkenazi square and semi-cursive script, partially punctuated, with a number of notes in Italian scripts.
