First column of text darker and difficult to read.
Strap broken off short.
Cockling/creasing and vertical marks from rolling.
Surface occasionally disturbed by erasures.
Slight worming at edges.
A few tears, losses, and edges rolling over.
Crease between text columns.

Layout

Columns: 16; ruled lines: 22; written lines: 22; Uniform layout. Ruling by hard point, membrane by membrane. Visible stiching of membranes. Three tagin on שעטנזגץ, and one on בדהחיק. The first letters of verse 4 marked by dots to indicate the Tetragrammaton. A few majuscular or minuscular letters.

Sefardi square script of the 15th century.
