• A gold and red frame surrounds the document, and divides the page vertically. The lower half of the document's wider, left side contains the text, inscribed in fourteen narrow, horizontal panels.
   
• Its upper half is divided into multiple sections, which display symmetrically-arranged foliate and geometric motifs in red, blue and gold; Persian seals and inscriptions further decorated this section.
   
• The narrow panel on the document's right side contains ornate floral motifs perched on blue stems.
