Brown leather over wood; blind stamped frame with central equal-armed cross and diagonally intersecting lines forming a grid; back cover has blind stamped frame and four diagonally intersecting lines; 2 nails on each cover; endbands in red, blue, white.

Table of contents in grid in orange, yellow, brown (f. 1v-6r); illuminated cross in orange, yellow, brown (f. 6v); illuminated headpiece in red and green (f. 7v, 107r, 280v); illuminated text division marker in green, red, black (f. 176r); rubrications in red.

Script

Written in Syriac and Arabic Garshuni; Serto in black ink.
