Reddish leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II); shadows from a central mandorla, cornerpieces and border onlays remain; hinge and flap doublure is painted with purple and green geometric pattern, otherwise plain paper doublure.

Written in 10 long lines.

A few simple line and dot decorations in black ink.

Script

Written in a West African naskh in three different hands; black ink; pointed.
