This manuscript, written in a fine Caroline minuscule of the eleventh century, contains Boethius' Commentary on Porphyrys' Isagoge, the Comentum super libro porphyrii Isagoge (fols. 1r-25r), as well as the same author's De decim predicamentis (fols. 25r-59v).
