Bound in paper over paperboard with light brown leather spine and edges; paper sides have a grid pattern of dots with a five-pronged design set into a red field.

Layout

Written in 23 long lines; catchwords every verso, lower left.

Script

Written in two styles. One portion in naskh with elements of nastaʻlīq in black ink (f. 7-203); pointed. The other portion in nastaʻlīq in black ink (f. 1-6, 204-341); pointed.
