Collection of works on astronomy and astronomical instruments in Arabic and Ottoman Turkish copied in the same hand and bound together; the Turkish work (3) is missing the first leaf; f. 84v-98v are all excerpts from (naqala min) the same book with no attribution, Miṣbāḥ al-ẓalām.

• Collective title supplied by cataloger; titles for individual works from caption titles, except for work 3, which was supplied by cataloger.
   
• Three loose leaves belonging to this manuscript were formerly inserted in MS Or 278, and have been returned to this volume.
   
• The copyist for most of the works in this collection consistently spells asṭurlāb with an extra tāʼ before the ṭāʼ.
